Organize Unclutter 2008: February – the Kitchen

FEB 3, 2008

We are starting our path to an organized, clutter-free home with the very hub of many families: the kitchen. This is the place where we cook, eat, and often pay bills and socialize. Although Americans tend to eat out more than ever before, 60.3% of our meals are still prepared and cooked at home (1). Because of the activity level and the variety of gadgets that one can buy for the kitchen, our kitchens can become cluttered quickly.

Remember the deal? For each week you participate, you will be entered for a random prize drawing. This month’s prize is this nifty label maker.

label maker

It is a DYMO LetraTag Plus. You’ll also receive an intro pack of labels. It has mutliple font styles, bold and underline functions, and more. I have a similar LetraTag model from DYMO and it has served me faithfully. It is so easy to use and I love being able to label things on the fly. It needs 4 “AA” batteries, but you’ll have to get that.

Now, remember, in order to be eligible, you will need to announce that you are participating at the beginning of the week via the Mr. Linky you’ll see within the post. Then at the end of the week, you’ll need to check in and let us know what you’ve accomplished! So that’s twice you need to come back here in order to be in for the monthly drawing.

For those with blogs, we would LOVE to see your before & after photos! And if you don’t have a blog but want to show off your uncluttering and organizing prowess, send me an email and I’ll post photos of your accomplishment!

Oh, and by the way, if you have a blog and want to show you are an organizing and uncluttering fool, you can put this nifty banner up.
